Turned up at work on Saturday unlocked door but the door also has a magnetic lock unlocked by a keypad keypad which failed so could not get in .Called several locksmiths but they said could not help then tried ringing access control people who said could not help so tried RLM who said they would come and look at it He worked out that the magnetic latch which was not retracting due to keypad failure and that there was a release internally, did his thing though the letter box hit the internal release switch door opened . He disconnected magnetic lock then gave me a number of another person who could look at the keypad on Monday Brilliant service.

We had a sudden problem locking our back door, and called Dan on a Saturday afternoon during the covid-19 restrictions. He came out immediately and took all precautions to keep everyone safe. He changed our lock and made the property safe, offered us comprehensive advice about different lock options, and returned a few days later to upgrade our lock.
