My front door has been making some crunching noises and the key was not turning properly so I called Dan to have a look and expected to have a new lock. Dan arrived earlier than expected and instead of having to replace the lock, he managed to repair the springs in the mechanism and save me an expensive bill. Excellent friendly service, will use again!

A friendly, professional and knowledgeable service provided by Dan. He helped to choose the handles, once they were in came back to install the new lock and the handles. Demonstrated, explained how they work and where to register. overall a very happy customer! brilliant service! thanks Dan!

Dan came out to my house today to cut some new keys for me with his band new mobile key cutter. He did it in record time and all three keys work perfectly! It was a first class service from start to finish. His mobile service really helped me out as it's a busy time of year and I simply didn't have time to go to a local key cutter. Why would I when I received such a friendly and professional service , I can highly recommend.
